Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. We use Couriers depending on where the product is going. We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free delivery & reception.
Delivery usually takes approximately 5-12 days but can take up to 2 weeks depending on availability of stock.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a collection card is left in your post box to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note that the shipping times indicated above are approximations. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you have a deadline for receiving your order as we may be able to help ensure that you get your product on time.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper 72 hours, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
